Cancellation and booking conditions.

The following terms apply to direct bookings at Krone 1895. For bookings via third-party portals, their terms additionally apply.
Booking and payment
With the confirmation of your reservation, a binding accommodation contract is formed. The payment terms are communicated to you at the time of booking.
Free cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to [e.g. 7] days before the planned arrival.
Cancellation within the deadline
- Up to [7] days before arrival: free of charge.
- [6] to [3] days before arrival: [e.g. 50 %] of the stay price.
- From [2] days before arrival and in case of non-arrival (no-show): [e.g. 90 %] of the stay price.
Longstay
For longer stays, separate terms apply, which we agree with you individually.
Tourist tax
The statutory local tourist tax (Ortstaxe) is not included in the overnight price and is collected on site.
