Cancellation and booking terms.

The following terms apply to direct bookings at Krone 1895. If you book through a third-party platform, its terms also apply.

Booking and payment

A binding accommodation contract is concluded once your reservation has been confirmed. You will be informed of the payment terms when you book.

Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to [e.g. 7] days before your planned arrival.

Cancellation within the notice period

Up to [7] days before arrival: free of charge.
[6] to [3] days before arrival: [e.g. 50%] of the price of the stay.
From [2] days before arrival and in the event of non-arrival (no-show): [e.g. 90%] of the price of the stay.

Longstay

Separate terms apply to longer stays, which we agree with you individually.

Local tourist tax

The statutory municipal tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is collected on site.
